Demonstration of how to fill out the time tracking spreadsheet for IDD Advocate Corps.
Each committee or workgroup coordinator will track and document time spent by members of IDD Advocate Corps on a monthly basis. Coordinators will send timesheets to co-leads for review before it is shared with IEC to monitor overall activity time and ensure paid partners are compensated.
Timesheets are stored in Google Drive accounts of each committee and workgroup.
Coordinator fills out the time tracking sheet for their respective groups as meetings and activities are completed.
Both paid and unpaid activities should be documented.
Coordinators will notify co-leads when the timesheets are ready for review and verification.
Co-leads will review the monthly timesheets and confirm time for paid partners.
Co-leads will share verified timesheets with IEC by the 28th of every month.
IEC will approve and create invoices for paid partners.
