Elyse Pegler is a volunteer with IEC, helping to lead the IDD Advocate Corps. As both a healthcare professional and a parent to two wonderful neurodiverse children, she will help launch IEC's effort to change healthcare from within. She is currently focused on value-based care strategy and innovation at CVS/Aetna, leveraging her care transformation expertise from working hands-on with hundreds of providers to successfully execute a wide range of value-based care models. Elyse also brings experience co-designing alternative payment models at the CMS Innovation Center and in the population health field.
